Downtown Las Vegas Elopement Package

Once you have a date and venue locked in it's as simple as getting your marriage license, hopping on a plane and showing up.

That's it, seriously. We'll handle all the planning, organizing, chasing up vendors and taking on all the stress. The hardest part is deciding what to wear!

Unfortunately not. The deposit is used to secure your venue (as well as other services) and payment is required upfront.

Our packages have up to 5 guests included, but you can add guests for a fee (varies per package). For reference, here is the maximum guest count for our packages:

· Neon Museum - 45 guests
· Valley of Fire - 45 guests
· Red Rock Canyon - 45 guests
· Mt Charleston - 30 guests
· Nelson Ghost Town - 35 guests
· Wedding Chapel - 18 guests
· Downtown Las Vegas - 0 guests
· Desert - 0 guests

Of course! We believe in marriage equality and have been hosting LGBTQ elopements since day 1.

Heck yeah! Some venues don’t allow pets, but just ask - we are animal lovers and the answer will always be yes if the venue allows.

While we can't guarantee what the weather will be like, you should know we've never had to cancel an
elopement due to bad weather (since our inception in 2017).

We cannot refund any elopements that are
affected by weather, have sometimes had to change a location last minute. We've hosted elopements in
the rain, wind, snow, sand storm, blistering heat and even been interrupted by wild horses and big horned sheep.

On the off chance the weather is too horrible, you have a few options:
· Wait it out and see if it clears up
· Move to a different area within your venue that might be better
· Move to another indoor venue such as a chapel (based on availability)
· Move the ceremony into your hotel room (if it is big enough)
· YOLO! At least you'll have a story to tell

You will be responsible for any costs in moving your elopement (such as chapel fee, extra hours for
vendors etc).

This is not something we offer. We will definitely point you in the right direction and advise you where we think would be a good stay for you, based on you personality, needs and budget.

If you decide to move forward, we'll send you a booking email which you can accept by signing a quick agreement online and handling the deposit - the deposit is 50% upfront and the rest is due 1 month from your date.

We accept Credit Card, Paypal & Venmo and also offer flexible payment plans. All prices are in US dollars.

Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. You are able to reschedule to another date in the future (pending availability) at no charge, one time.

If you need to re-schedule a second time there is $500 fee plus the cost of a new permit for your venue.

Not usually but don't be afraid to ask - we'll accommodate your request where we can.

Generally there isn't any wiggle room on the package price. However, you are able to remove things from the package to reduce the cost.

We are also happy to offer flexible payment terms, so you can divide it up into multiple, smaller installments.

We are in charge of your elopement ceremony and photos. We do not host or plan receptions.

However, we are happy to point you in the right direction of great restaurants/venues that you can celebrate at afterwards.
